I offer a selection of standard and tailored sessions and packages to include: Integral Healing Therapy, Personal Coaching and Business Coaching & Workshops. *Please note a minimum of 3 sessions is usually recommended as a starting point. For tailored packages to include shorter/longer sessions or additional email/telephone support in between sessions, please contact me.
Services & Prices
Integrative Healing Therapy
Combining my own unique blend of therapies and coaching tools suited to your needs and preferences. This may include: IEMT, EMDR, Time Line Therapy® and NLP Life Coaching. Can also offer any of the aforementioned as a stand alone therapy if preferred (and if suitable for your needs).
1 hour 15 minute sessions: £115 per session / £330 for 3 sessions / £595 for 6 sessions
50 minute sessions: £85 per session / £230 for 3 sessions / £450 for 6 sessions
Therapeutic Life Coaching with NLP
A focus on NLP Life Coaching interweaved with therapeutic elements if and when needed along the way
75 minute sessions: £115 per session / £330 for 3 sessions / £595 for 6 sessions
50 minute sessions: £85 per session / £230 for 3 sessions / £450 for 6 sessions
Distance Reiki Healing
Receive Reiki Energy Healing in the comfort of your own home, sent by distance at an arranged time.
£40 ~ 30 mins / £105 for 3 sessions / £180 for 6 sessions
EFT ~ guided EFT session
Teaching & guiding you through the EFT process, combining elements of NLP and personalised to your needs. You will be able to leave the session with a self-help tool to use independently as and when required.
£150 ~ 90 mins
Packages
Integrative Healing Package (8 weeks)
£995 ~ 8 x 75 minute one to one sessions, 4 x distance Reiki energy healing sessions, text message support in between sessions. Also includes:
Stabilisation period to include teaching of grounding tools to manage anxiety & intrusive thoughts, IEMT tor EMDR therapy for processing and desensitising traumatic memories, identifying & challenging the inner critic, re-assessing personal boundaries, rewiring existing negative self beliefs. This is just an outline and may be amended according to your needs.
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Programme (8 weeks)
£775 ~ 8 x 75 minute one to one sessions to include:
Addressing & education of narcissistic behaviours if required, recognising red flags, re-assessing personal boundaries, rewiring existing negative self beliefs, IEMT therapy for desensitising traumatic memories, guided visualisation for breaking the trauma bond, ongoing support in between sessions. This is just an outline and may be amended according to your needs.
Self~Care Package (6 weeks)
£575 ~ 6 x 75 minute one to one sessions to include:
Reassessing personal boundaries, identifying & challenging the inner critic, creating personalised affirmations, and addressing self-limiting beliefs. This is just an outline and may be amended according to your needs.
Self~Help tools for managing anxiety & reducing negative thinking (4 weeks)
£395 ~ 4 x 75 minute one to one sessions, with telephone support & personal projects to work on in between
